We have been at F-769 in Sector 37 for a while now. Arun Vihar is a quiet spot in Noida, and that's where we keep things running. Most days it's just about getting the work done and making sure the sites are moving along. Construction is a lot of coordination, really. We handle the paperwork, talk to the crews, and deal with the usual delays that happen in this business. It isn't always smooth, but we stay on top of it. Some of us have been here since the start, and we've seen how Noida has grown around us. You probably pass our building if you live in the colony. It's nothing fancy, just a regular office where we plan out the projects. We don't really do big speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the drawings and the materials. Dealing with suppliers takes up a lot of time. Sometimes the weather gets in the way of a build, which is frustrating for everyone, but we just adjust. We know the local area well. Being in U.P. means we understand how things work here. There's always something to fix or a new plan to review on the desk. We keep our coffee machine busy and the files organized as best as we can. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking at site reports. We like it here. It’s just us doing our thing.
