Simplex Infrastructures Limited

Our office is located on the second floor of W-64 in Sector-12, Noida. It is a fairly typical workspace for a branch of Simplex Infrastructures Limited. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. Usually, you just walk up the stairs and find us at our desks. Noida can be a very busy and loud place, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of people talking on phones or the hum of the old air conditioner. We have been here for a good amount of time, so we’ve gotten used to the neighborhood and where to get the best snacks during our breaks. The team is a mix of people who have been with the company for years and a few newer faces. We mostly spend our days dealing with the technical side of the construction projects we manage. There are stacks of blueprints and folders all over the place. It might look a bit messy to someone from the outside, but we know where everything is. We don't worry too much about being polished or sounding corporate. That’s just not our style. We would rather spend our energy making sure the work gets done properly. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on our tasks and go home when the day is finished. We don’t really have any big ceremonies or meetings that aren't necessary for the job.
