We've been at A-235 in Sector-Delta-1 for a while now. It’s a busy part of Greater Noida. Shapoorji Pallonji And Company Ltd is just us working out of this spot. There isn't much fancy to say about the office. We just show up every morning and get through the day's tasks. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we are used to it. The team here is small. We mostly just focus on what needs doing right in front of us. It’s not a big corporate glass building or anything like that. Just a regular place where work happens. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years. Some new shops opened up down the road, and it feels more crowded than it used to be. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We keep our desks a bit messy because we are always busy with paperwork and phone calls. It’s just how it goes here. We don't really do big meetings or long speeches. If something needs to be fixed, we just talk about it over tea and handle it. That's pretty much the way things run at this location. We don't have a giant sign out front, just the address. People usually find us without much trouble if they know where Sector-Delta-1 is. We're just a group of people doing our jobs and trying to keep everything moving along.
