We operate across Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida, which means we spend a lot of time stuck in traffic moving between the three. We do advertising work, but it’s mostly just the practical side of things like getting signs made or sorting out layouts for people. We have a small team and we don't really go for the big fancy office vibe. It’s mostly just us sitting at our computers with way too many tabs open and drinking way too much chai. Some days we are in a small room in Delhi and other days we are meeting someone in a noisy cafe in Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes to keep up with everything. We don't have a main building that looks like something out of a movie. It’s more about where we can find a desk and a good internet connection. We talk to a lot of different people every day and try to figure out what they need for their shops or their small projects. It gets stressful when deadlines come up, and we end up working late into the night quite often. The commute between the cities is probably the hardest part of the job. You never know if it’s going to take one hour or three to get across the border. We just keep our heads down and get the designs finished and sent out.
