We are based in Sector 22 in Noida, specifically at E-205. If you know Noida, you know Sector 22 is a mix of everything. It is a busy place with a lot of energy. Our office is in a block that has many other small businesses. It is not a high-rise building with a glass elevator. We just have a regular office space where we handle our service work. There are about ten of us in the room on a busy day. It can get a bit cramped with all the equipment and the desks, but we make it work. We spend most of the day on the phone or responding to emails. The commute to Sector 22 can be a mess during rush hour, so some of us get in quite early just to avoid the traffic. We don’t have a fancy lounge for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably just get offered a plastic chair and a cup of water while we finish what we’re doing. We focus on the daily tasks and getting the service calls sorted out. It’s a straightforward operation. We’ve been in this Noida spot for a while and we know the local shops and the guys who deliver lunch. We just do our work and go home like everyone else. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we do for a living.
