Rra Project Management Consultancy is located up on the second floor of H.No. D-59 in Sector-56, Noida. It is a typical Noida residential-turned-commercial street where parking is always a bit of a nightmare. We have been here for some time now, working out of a couple of rooms filled with blueprints and old project folders. The stairs are a bit steep, so we definitely get our exercise every day. Inside, it is mostly the sound of keyboards and people arguing over timelines. We don't have a fancy sign or a big reception area. Most of the time, the air conditioner is humming loudly to keep the Noida heat away. We manage various projects, which means our desks are usually covered in messy piles of papers and half-empty tea cups. It is not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. The internet goes out sometimes when there is a storm, which can be frustrating when we have deadlines. We don't go in for big marketing or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know someone we worked with before. It is just a group of us trying to keep projects on track and making sure the paperwork gets filed correctly with the local authorities. It is regular, honest work in a busy part of the city that keeps us occupied from morning until late evening.
