Rpm Restaurant & Bar is located at H.No 2 on Gali No 1 in Noida. It’s a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the turnoff to the street. We’ve been here in Uttar Pradesh for a while now, and the area has seen a lot of changes. Our spot isn't some big, flashy place in a mall; it's just a regular building on a normal street. We spend most of our time getting things ready for the people who come by in the evenings. It involves a lot of cleaning, checking the stock, and making sure the kitchen is good to go. The space inside is cozy, maybe a bit cramped when it gets busy, but people don't seem to mind. We have a small crew and we all do a bit of everything. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, or the air conditioning struggles on those really hot Noida days, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in India, just a spot where you can sit down for a while. The street outside can be a bit messy with the traffic and the rain, but once you're inside, it's a different vibe. We focus on the food and the drinks and keep the talk simple. It is a straightforward business, run by people who live nearby. We like the local crowd that comes in and the regular faces we see every week.
