Reliance Energy Ltd.

You can find us at House No. 1199 in Sector 21 of Panchkula. This is a residential area so it is much quieter than the commercial hubs in other cities. We operate Reliance Energy Ltd from this house and it feels much more like a community spot than a cold corporate office. The streets are wide and lined with trees which makes for a nice view from our windows. We have a few rooms set up with computers and printers and that is where we spend most of our day. Haryana can get very cold in the winter and quite hot in the summer so we are always adjusting the heaters or the coolers. Most of the people working here live in Panchkula or nearby in Chandigarh so we all know the local shortcuts. We don't really do anything flashy here. There are no big signs or marketing posters on the walls. We just have our work schedules and some old folders stacked in the corner. Sometimes the neighbors pop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. It is a very relaxed atmosphere compared to the big city offices. We take our lunch breaks seriously and usually walk down the street to get some fresh air. It is a practical way to work and it helps us stay focused on what needs to be done without any unnecessary distractions or corporate pressure.
