Reliance Energy Limited

We are located at Plot No 227 in Niti Khand I, which is a part of Indirapuram in Ghaziabad. This part of Uttar Pradesh has grown so much lately. Our office is right in the middle of all that growth. Reliance Energy Limited is the name on the door but inside it is just us working away. The building is a standard plot house that we use for the energy business. It’s a bit dusty because of the construction happening down the street, but we don’t mind much. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at maps of the local grid. It is practical work. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat or ask about a utility pole near their house. We listen and do what we can. Ghaziabad can be a tough place to navigate but we know these streets well. We have a routine that starts early in the morning before the traffic gets too heavy. We don't have any big meetings about our goals. We just look at what needs to be finished by five o'clock and we do it. It’s a small team and we all know each other’s families by now. Being in Niti Khand feels like being part of a real community. We are just regular people earning a living and dealing with the daily grind of the energy sector. There’s always plenty of work to keep us occupied until the sun goes down and we head home.
