Qepl, Noida

Qepl, Noida is actually operating out of Gurgaon right now. It is one of those situations where the name says one thing but the physical location is in another part of the National Capital Region. Gurgaon is a fast-paced place, and being here means being surrounded by constant construction and a lot of office buildings. We don't have a massive office with a view, just a functional area where we can set up our laptops and handle the business. The commute between Noida and Gurgaon is something many people talk about, but for us, this is just where the work happens currently. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, dealing with the traffic and the pace of the city. The office atmosphere is pretty plain. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls or modern art. It is just a place to get the job done. We handle various tasks that involve a lot of planning and coordination. Being in Gurgaon gives us access to a lot of other businesses, which is handy. Most of our days are spent on calls or looking at spreadsheets. It is not glamorous work, but it is steady. We keep things simple and don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a group of people working under the Qepl name, making sure the daily operations run as smoothly as possible despite the busy surroundings.
