P.S.Construction

Our office is tucked away in Delta I over in Greater Noida. We are at C-312, which isn't too hard to find if you know the G.B. Nagar area well enough. Most of our days are spent dealing with local sites and making sure the supplies actually show up when the vendors say they will. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the guys on the ground. Sometimes the office gets really dusty because of all the nearby building work, but that is just how it is in this part of U.P. We keep a cooler in the corner that barely works in the peak of summer, yet we manage. Usually, there are three or four of us inside trying to figure out the latest set of plans or dealing with some paperwork for the city. It’s not a glamorous job by any means. We wear heavy boots most of the time because we’re always stepping out to check on things. The phone rings a lot with people asking about schedules or costs. We try to keep things simple and honest. Lunch is usually whatever we brought from home or something quick from a nearby shop. It gets quiet in the evenings once the sun goes down and the crews head home. We stay late sometimes just to make sure the books are straight. It’s just a regular local construction business trying to get the work done right without any extra fuss.
