Our office is tucked away in the Mig Flats at Sec-82 in Noida. Specifically, we’re at 88-D. It’s a pretty standard apartment-style setup that we’ve converted for our daily tasks. Since it's in a residential sector, it’s a lot quieter than being over in the main commercial hubs of Noida. We have a few rooms filled with desks and tall stacks of binders. The kitchen area is mostly used for making tea and storing some snacks for the long afternoons. We’ve been at this address for a while and the security guards at the gate know us well enough to let our regulars through without much fuss. It feels a bit like a home office, which helps keep the stress down when we have tight deadlines for the New Delhi projects. Sometimes it’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to building 88, especially when it’s raining or really hot outside. We don't have any flashy signs out front, just a small nameplate so people know they’re at the right place. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site updates on our screens. It’s a honest place to work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of life in Sector 82 over the years. We keep a few extra chairs in the hallway for when there’s a lot of us in at once.
