Panchsheel Buildtech Ltd is based out of our office in Shipra Sun City, specifically in the 311-A section in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. If you know the area, you know it can get quite hectic with all the traffic and the new buildings going up everywhere. We are right in the middle of it. Our office is a busy place, but it isn't one of those high-rise corporate suites. It's a working space where we look over plans and talk to contractors all day. We deal with building projects and all the headaches that come with them, from permits to supply delays. We don't use much fancy language; we just tell people what is happening with the construction. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or the materials don't show up on time. We’ve been in Ghaziabad for a while now, so we’ve seen how much the city has changed. Our focus is just on getting the work done on the ground. You won’t find any polished sales pitches here. We are usually too busy looking at sites or sitting at the desk with a cup of tea trying to figure out the schedule. It's a real-world business with all the ups and downs you’d expect. We just keep plugging away, trying to build things that will last and keeping our heads down.
