We are based out in the village of Barihari, which is near Daulatpur in the Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh. It is a very rural area, and our office reflects that. We aren't in a high-rise building or a modern business park. Our workspace is part of the local landscape here. Most of the people who work with us are from the surrounding villages, so there is a lot of local talk and a real sense of community. We do our daily work without much fuss. It usually involves a lot of paperwork and coordinating things over the phone. Since we are in a village, we deal with the usual stuff like power cuts or the roads getting messy during the monsoon. We don't try to hide those things or pretend we are in some polished city office. It’s just the reality of where we are. We don't have any marketing people here telling us what to say. We just speak plainly and get our tasks done. Whether it’s handling logistics or checking on local supplies, we just take it one day at a time. The office is a bit small, and it can get a little crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It’s an honest place to work, and we appreciate the quiet life out here in Ghazipur. We just keep our heads down and make sure everything is running as it should. It’s how things have been for a while now.
