Our place is set up over in Noida. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us who live deeper in Delhi, but it’s not too bad once you get used to the route. The office is very straightforward. We handle a lot of different tasks here every single day. Noida has really changed a lot since we first moved in. There are so many more buildings now and the traffic has definitely gotten worse over the years. We mostly just keep our heads down and focus on whatever needs to be done. It is not exactly a glamorous job, but it is what we do and it keeps us busy. We have a small team here. Everyone knows what they are responsible for, so we don't really have those long, boring meetings. If something needs fixing, we just talk over the desks. The building itself is okay, but it’s nothing special to look at from the outside. We try to keep things organized inside, but sometimes papers start to pile up when things get really hectic. People call us all the time with questions. We answer the phones and try to help out as much as we can without making things complicated. There is no big secret to how we operate. We just show up every morning and do the work. It is honest work and it keeps us going. Most people find us because someone they know told them about us. We don't really do anything on social media. We prefer talking to people face to face. It feels more real that way.
