We are currently based at Km-84 Kavinagar in Ghaziabad, which is where we handle things for Neolite Zkw Lightings Pvt Ltd. Even though the name mentions Noida Phase II, our day-to-day operations are right here in this part of UP. Kavinagar is a busy industrial and residential mix. It’s always buzzing with activity. Our building is a bit older, and it shows its age in places, but it serves its purpose. We have a lot of space for our lighting components and the administrative side of things. The commute through Ghaziabad can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic, but we’ve all figured out the shortcuts by now. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations or a grand entrance. Mostly, it’s just people busy with their work, surrounded by boxes and technical manuals. We try to keep things moving as efficiently as we can. The noise from the main road is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We often grab tea from the stall just down the street. It’s a basic routine that keeps us grounded. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry too much about the corporate side of things. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good job in a busy city.
