M/S Shamken Spinners Ltd

Noida is where we do our business. Shamken Spinners has been around the Uttar Pradesh area for quite some time now. Our office isn't one of those glass towers you see in the newer sectors. It is a more practical, plain space where we can actually get some work done without distractions. Spinning and textiles are what we know best. It can be a bit of a dusty business, but we try to keep our office side as tidy as we can. We spend a good portion of our time talking to the mills and checking on the production schedules. The traffic in Noida can be a real pain, especially near the main intersections, so we usually stay put once we arrive in the morning. We aren't big on corporate meetings that last all day. We would much rather just talk over the phone and solve problems as they come up. The staff here has been with us for a long time, so everyone knows how the system works. It is a pretty relaxed atmosphere, even when there is a lot of work piled up on the desks. We don't have any fancy coffee machines; we just get hot tea from the guy around the corner. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time. Sometimes we stay late when the orders are high, but usually, we wrap up by six and head home.
