M/S Omaxe Ltd.

M/S Omaxe Ltd. is located over in Ghaziabad, specifically at House No. 113 in Sector 4 of Chiranjiv Vihar. We are basically operating out of Shri S.K. Sharma’s place. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels a lot more like a home than a corporate headquarters. You walk in and it’s a normal house environment, but we’ve got our office equipment set up in one part of it. There are usually some papers scattered around and a few chairs for when people come by to talk about property or paperwork. Working in Chiranjiv Vihar is nice because it’s a bit calmer than the main parts of Delhi or the industrial areas. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the house number. Most of the people working here have known each other for a long time. We drink a lot of tea and spend a good chunk of the day on the phone or working through files. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business. We don't go in for anything too fancy or polished. If you come by, you’ll probably see Sharma ji or one of the other staff members just handling the daily chores of the office. It’s a small operation here in Sector 4, but we stay quite busy with the various Omaxe projects in the region. It feels like being part of the local community rather than just another company. We try to keep it simple and honest.
