M/S Mahagun Developers Limited is located in Noida, over in Sector-71. We have our setup at Flat No. 50-B in Block-B-2. Noida is full of developers and construction, and we are right there in the middle of it. Our office is in an apartment block, which makes it feel a bit more personal and less like a cold office building. We use the space to manage our development projects and keep track of all the site details. It is a functional area with a few desks and a lot of files. There are always blueprints lying around. We spend a lot of time on the phone with site engineers or looking at schedules. The traffic in Noida can be tough, so we do a lot of our coordinating from here. It is a simple setup without any fancy decorations. We just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes we have visitors coming in to talk about property details, and we just sit around the main table. We do not do big marketing speeches. We just tell people what is happening with the projects. It is a bit of a busy life, but we like the routine. The office is a bit small for all the work we do, but we manage just fine. We have a small kitchen where we make tea. It is just a normal office for us developers.
