Our company, Econ Contracts, is located over at 506, Kailash Nagar in Ghaziabad. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighborhood is pretty familiar to us by now. We do contract work, which means our days are never really the same. One day we might be dealing with supply issues and the next we’re trying to figure out a scheduling problem on a site. Our office in Kailash Nagar is where we keep all the records and where the planning happens. It’s a bit cramped with all the maps and files, but we know where everything is. Ghaziabad can be a tough place to navigate sometimes, especially with the traffic, but we manage to get around to our different sites. We aren’t a big corporation with a lot of layers. If there’s a problem, you usually just talk to the person in charge right then and there. We try to keep our English simple and our explanations even simpler. We don't use big words to describe what we do because building and contracting is mostly just common sense and hard work. We have a team of people who have been doing this for years, so they know the shortcuts and the pitfalls. It’s not always a perfect process, and mistakes happen, but we always stay until the job is finished. That’s just the way we operate.
