Our office is located at Flat No. 301 in the Ushma Urja Apartments, specifically at C 58/3 in Sector 62. Working as M/S Areva T&D India Ltd from an apartment building gives our day-to-day life a bit of a residential feel, even though we are dealing with power transmission and distribution matters. Sector 62 is a well-known area, but being in an apartment complex like Ushma Urja keeps things grounded. We have our computers set up where a dining table might normally be, and our files are stored in what used to be bedrooms. It’s a practical way to have a base in this part of town. The atmosphere is usually quiet, which is good for looking over technical data and distribution charts. We don’t have a big corporate sign outside, just a small one to let people know they’ve found the right flat. Most of our work involves a lot of coordination with teams that are actually out in the field. We stay here to handle the administrative side and make sure the numbers add up. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, or we chat with the neighbors in the hallway, which makes it feel like a very human place to work. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just want to get the work done and keep the records straight. It’s a simple setup that works for what we need to accomplish every day. It's just how we run things.
