Our regional office for the north is located at C-484, Sector-19 in Noida. This is in the Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Most people think of the restaurants when they hear the name, but this office is where a lot of the behind-the-scenes work happens. We deal with the logistics, the hiring, and the general management for the region. Sector-19 is a well-established area, and our building at C-484 is right in the thick of it. It’s not a fast-food joint itself, so you won’t find fryers here, just desks and filing cabinets. The staff here works on making sure the supplies get to where they need to go and that the local outlets are doing okay. It’s a lot of administrative work that keeps us busy from Monday to Friday. We don’t have a fancy mission statement posted on every wall. We just know what needs to be done to keep the wheels turning. The office can be a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. Being in Noida 201301 makes it easy for us to stay connected with the rest of the north. We’re just a bunch of regular employees doing the office work that supports the bigger picture. It’s practical, sometimes a bit repetitive, but it’s what keeps the business moving forward in this part of the country.
