M/C J M C Projects (I)Ltd

We work out of C-41 in the Ntpc Colony, which is in Vidhut Nagar, Dadri. This is part of G B Nagar in Uttar Pradesh. M/C J M C Projects (I)Ltd has been based in this colony for some time. Since it’s an Ntpc Colony, it feels a bit different than a regular city street. It’s more organized but still has that lived-in feel. Our office isn't anything special. It’s just a regular building where we have our computers and files. We spend a lot of time dealing with the project details. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main parts of Dadri. Most of us walk to the office or come from just a short distance away. There aren't any big signs or flashy lights here. We just have a small plate with the name on the door. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to stay organized. We do not have a lot of meetings about things like vision or culture. We just talk about what needs to get done before the end of the shift. The weather in UP can be tough, either very hot or quite cold, so we spend a lot of time adjusting the fans or heaters. It’s a practical place for practical people. We are not trying to be anything we aren't. We just do our work in Vidhut Nagar and go home to our families. It’s a decent place to work.
