If you are looking for us in Noida, we are over in Sector 53 at the Kanchanjunga Apartments. Our office is in C-146 B, which is basically just a flat that we have turned into a workspace. It feels more like a home than a real office, which is fine by us. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to people who want to buy or rent places in the area. Since we are right here in the apartment complex, we see a lot of the neighbors and the local activity every day. There are always papers scattered around about different properties and files that need to be updated. We do not have a big marketing budget or any fancy advertisements on the main roads. Most people just find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. The kitchen in the office still works, so we make our own tea and coffee throughout the day. It gets a bit hectic when several people want to see a property at the same time, but we manage to get through it. We are not some big real estate giant with glass buildings and suited agents. We are just a small team in an apartment building trying to help people find a place to stay in Noida. It is a straightforward job and we like the local feel of being right where the properties are.
