We’re based out of Z-20 in Sector 12 of Noida. It’s a fairly busy part of the city, and our office is right in the middle of it all. Most people who come in are looking to hear about different places they can go for a break from work. We talk a lot about resorts and different locations across India. It’s not just about the fancy pictures; there’s a lot of planning and membership details we have to go through with everyone. The office is usually humming with people on the phones or sitting around tables discussing their next trip. We try to keep things relaxed because holidays should be something to look forward to, not stress over. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that's part of the job. We’ve been at this location for a bit, so we know the neighborhood well. It’s not a massive skyscraper, just a practical space where we can meet people and sort out their holiday plans. We see a lot of families coming in on the weekends. Dealing with schedules and bookings keeps us on our toes. We just spend our days giving people the information they need so they can decide what works for them and their families. It's about getting the details right so the actual trip goes okay. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just helping people figure out their time off and where they want to spend it next.
