You can find us in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, specifically at B-14-B in Acharya Niketan. It is a very crowded part of Delhi, but it is convenient for everyone. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now. Dealing with development means we are always looking at land and talking to builders. The office is usually filled with the sound of the traffic from outside. We have a lot of files stacked up because there is always something to sign or check. It is not a very large space, but it serves our needs. We have a small table where we drink tea and discuss the projects. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to chat. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job. Delhi is a hard place to build anything because there is no space left, but we find ways to make it work. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just show up in the morning, answer the calls, and go see the sites. It can be exhausting with the heat and the noise, but that is just part of the job. Most of our clients are local people who want someone they can actually talk to face to face. We are here every day except Sunday, just keeping things moving along as best as we can without making too much of a fuss.
