Mahagun

Mahagun is based at A-82 in Sector 22, Noida. This office is where we manage a lot of our daily operations. Sector 22 is a busy area, and we are right in the middle of it. The building is an older one, and we've been using this space for a long time. It’s not a massive corporate tower, just a functional office where the team gathers. We have several rooms filled with files and computers. The lighting is a bit dim in the hallways, but the main work areas are okay. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding our real estate projects. People are always coming in and out with different sets of keys or documents to sign. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. We have a water cooler that everyone congregates around in the afternoon. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have any of those modern bean bags or gaming rooms. It’s just desks and chairs. Most of us take the bus or ride scooters to get here. The traffic in Noida can be tough, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. It is a straightforward place run by regular people. The local market is just a short walk away, which is handy for lunch. We've been thinking about getting a new rug for the entrance.
