We are located in Gali Number 04 in Bhata Colony, which is right in Noida. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes here, you know it’s a busy residential and commercial mix. Our security business operates out of a small building on this street. It’s mostly a hub for our guards and supervisors to meet up before they head out to their posts. We have uniforms hanging up and registers all over the place to keep track of everyone’s shifts. Noida is a big place with lots of buildings to watch over, so we stay pretty busy around the clock. The office itself is simple. We have a few benches for the staff and a main desk where we handle the scheduling. It can get loud outside with the bikes and local traffic, but we are used to the noise by now. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking in on different sites. There’s always something to fix or a shift to fill. We don't have a fancy lobby or a big sign, just a door that stays open most of the day. People from the colony often stop by for a chat or to ask about work. We focus on getting the right people in the right spots. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes every single day. We’ve been in this Gali for years and most people around here know what we do. It's a good community to be in.
