Kentucky Fried Chicken

You can find us at No. 1935 in Sector-37 of Noida. It is a busy street and there is always something going on outside our doors. Working here means spending a lot of time in the kitchen where it gets quite hot and greasy from the fryers. We are constantly moving around, checking the timers, and making sure the orders are ready for the people waiting at the counter. It is a lot of standing and manual work. We see hundreds of different faces every day, from students looking for a quick bite to families coming in for a meal. The noise of the machines and the chatter of customers is constant. We don’t have a lot of time for sitting down or taking long breaks. When it gets really busy, it can feel a bit chaotic, but we just try to keep up as best as we can. We spend a good portion of our shift cleaning up, as the floors and tables need a lot of attention in a place like this. Noida is a fast-growing city and you can feel that energy in Sector-37. We aren't doing anything complicated; we are just cooking food and serving it to whoever walks in. It is a straightforward job that requires a lot of energy and patience. We just focus on the next order and try to keep the kitchen running smoothly until it is time to close up.
