We are based at G 111 in Delta-II, Noida. It is a pretty straightforward office where we handle all the construction stuff for the local area. Being in Noida means we are always dealing with the dust and the heat, but that is just part of the job when you are building things in this part of UP. Our space is usually filled with rolls of blueprints and stacks of invoices. It is not some fancy corporate headquarters, just a practical place for us to meet and get our work organized. Most of our time is actually spent out at the project sites anyway. We have a small crew that has worked together for years. We do not use any big slogans or have a huge marketing team. We just take on local building projects and try to finish them without too many headaches. Sometimes the labor does not show up or the cement truck is late, and those are the days we spend a lot of time on the phone. The office is where we sit down with people to look over drawings and talk about what they want to build. It is a bit crowded with all the files and samples lying around, but it works for us. We have seen Delta-II grow quite a bit from our windows over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar side of things.
