You can find our office at G-445 in Alpha -2, Greater Noida. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but it’s a good spot in the G. B. Nagar district. We’re part of Interarch Building Products Pvt Ltd, and we’ve set up shop here to handle the construction work happening around this side of Uttar Pradesh. The area is a bit more spaced out than central Delhi, which is a nice change of pace. Our office is a simple one, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside or the inside. We’ve got our desks, a printer that sometimes acts up, and a small table where we keep the water cooler. It gets quiet in the afternoons, which is good for catching up on all the email correspondence and site reports. We mostly deal with building materials, so there are always heavy samples lying around that people trip over if they aren’t careful. The team here is small but we’ve worked together for long enough that we know how everyone likes their tea. We don't have a lot of formal meetings; usually, we just talk across the desks to figure things out. It’s a practical way to work. Sometimes we have clients come in, and we just clear off a desk to show them the plans. It’s an honest, everyday kind of workplace where we just try to keep things moving forward and make sure the jobs get finished.
