Our spot is located in Gaur Apartment, specifically at B-2, 6/34 in Sector 6, Vaishali. If you know Ghaziabad, you know this area gets pretty lively. Ideb Projects (P) Ltd. has its setup here under the care of Mr. Shiv Kumar. It’s a standard apartment-style office, which makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a cold, glass building in a business park. We have our desks set up where they fit, and there’s always someone in the kitchen area making a fresh pot of chai. The commute can be a bit of a stretch depending on where you’re coming from in U.P., but Vaishali is a decent place to be situated. We see a lot of the same faces every day, both colleagues and neighbors in the building. It gets a bit noisy when the school buses go by or when there’s a local festival happening nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. The walls are covered with various charts and notes that have been there for months. We aren’t really into the whole big corporate vibe. We just show up, sit down, and get through the list of things that need doing. It’s practical and works for us. Life at Gaur Apartment moves at its own pace, and we just follow along with it, making sure the daily tasks for the company are handled without any unnecessary drama or complicated systems.
