Our office is on the second floor at 5/11 Moulsiri Road, right in the Shipra Sun City part of Indirapuram. It’s a busy area in Ghaziabad. We do BPO work, which mostly means we’re on the phones or handling messages all day and night. The office never really sleeps. There is always someone at a desk, no matter what time it is. It can be a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but you get used to the noise after a while. We aren't tucked away in some shiny glass tower. We're right here in the community. You can hear the traffic and the life of Sun City outside the windows. The staff here is a hardworking bunch. Many of them commute from all over the NCR just to get here. We don’t have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have schedules and headsets. Sometimes the coffee runs out and there's a bit of a grumble, but we manage. It’s a fast-paced environment, and you have to be on your toes. We deal with a lot of different people every day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s honest work. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and it feels like home to us. It’s just where we get our work done. We try to keep the computers running and the calls moving along.
