Havells India Ltd

We spend most of our time here at Gateway Towers in Vaishali. It’s a busy spot in Sector 4. Most mornings, the traffic near the building is a bit of a headache, but you get used to it after a while. Our office is up on the 10th floor, in D 1003. It isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get through the day's work. We’ve got desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a view of the other buildings nearby. Sometimes the lift takes a while to arrive, so we end up chatting in the lobby. Ghaziabad can get really dusty in the summer, so we’re always wiping down the tables. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat together when we find a minute. There’s a tea stall not too far away that everyone seems to like. It’s just how things are here at Havells India Ltd. We show up, handle the paperwork and the calls, and try to keep things organized. It gets loud sometimes when everyone is talking at once, but that is part of the routine. Being in Vaishali means we are close to the metro, which helps some of the staff who travel from further away. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. It is just a workspace where people come to do their jobs and then go home to their families. We have been in this spot for a bit now.
