We have been running things from our office here in Noida for quite a few years now. Being in Uttar Pradesh, we see a lot of people moving in and looking for new places to stay. It is just a few of us working here every day. Most of the time, we are looking at blueprints or talking to the guys at the construction sites. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, to be honest. We are not some giant faceless corporation with a glossy lobby. We are just local people who know the streets and how the building process works around this part of India. Sometimes the monsoon rains make it really hard to get projects finished on time, but that is just life here. We try to keep things very straightforward with everyone. No fancy talk or sales pitches. If you were to walk into our office, you would see piles of files and a kettle that is almost always on for tea. We have seen Noida change so much lately. New roads are popping up and the metro is always expanding. It keeps us pretty busy. People always need a place to live, so we stay focused on that. We handle the basic promoter work, like getting the right permits and making sure the bricks and cement show up when they are supposed to. It is often dusty and loud work. We just do what we can to make sure the buildings are solid and everything is done right.
