We are based out of E-117 in Sector-20, Noida. Gulshan Developers (P)Ltd. has been around this neighborhood for quite a while. Sector-20 is one of those established parts of Noida where everyone kind of knows where everything is. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a standard building where we handle all our paperwork and planning. It’s usually pretty busy inside with people coming and going. We don’t really go in for those modern office designs with bean bags or glass walls. We just have desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of blueprints lying around. It can get a bit hectic when we have a lot of projects going on at once, but we manage to stay on top of things. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a good flow going. We aren't a giant firm with thousands of people. We’re small enough that we actually talk to each other instead of sending emails from across the room. If you’re looking for us, we’re easy to find near the main road in Sector-20. We like being in this part of town because it’s central and convenient for our staff. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to work on whatever is on the desk that day. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us and our clients who drop by.
