Down in G 218 Delta 2 in Greater Noida, you’ll find our workshop for Gsc Glass Pvt. Ltd. It is mostly full of crates and sheets of glass leaning against the walls. We do a lot of cutting and moving things around. Greater Noida is a big area and getting around can take some time if the traffic is bad near the metro stations. We open up early because that’s when it’s cooler to move the heavy stuff. It’s a bit noisy with the machines running, so we usually talk loud. Dealing with glass is tricky because you have to be careful every single minute. One slip and it’s a big mess. We’ve had our share of those days. Most of our work is just processing orders and making sure the pieces are the right size before they go out. The floor always has a bit of grit on it no matter how much we sweep.
