You will find us at B-140 in Sector 55, Noida. This is where the Grohe India(P)Ltd operations happen for our team. The building is a typical industrial plot, and it’s more about storage and administration than anything fancy. We have a lot of boxes and samples of plumbing fixtures stacked up in various rooms. It’s a functional space through and through. The floors are plain concrete, and the furniture is basic office stuff that has been around for a while. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is closest to the door. Sector 55 is a bit quieter than the main commercial zones, which we actually prefer. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go to sit during our lunch break if the weather is nice. The office itself can get a bit dusty because of all the inventory moving in and out, but we try to keep the desk areas clean. We are a small group of people who have worked together for several years now, so we have a good routine down. We don't spend much time on meetings; we mostly just check our lists and make sure the deliveries are going out as planned. It is a very practical, everyday kind of workplace without any unnecessary bells and whistles. We just show up, do the job, and head home to our families when we are done.
