Our office is tucked away in Sector 82 of Noida, specifically at A-41 in Pocket-III of Kendriya Vihar. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it stays fairly calm compared to the main roads. We’ve been operating out of this unit for some time, and the team here is quite tight-knit. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows how the printer likes to jam and who usually brings the best snacks. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of focus on our daily chores for Grasim Industries Limited. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home to us now. Being in U.P., we get a mix of weather, and the summers here are no joke. We just keep the fans going and stay busy. We handle the local side of things without making a big fuss about it. If someone walks in, they’ll probably see us on the phone or typing away. It’s a straightforward environment. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we’d rather just get the logs updated and the emails sent. It works for us. We like the local vibe of the complex, and it’s nice being part of the community here in Noida. We usually finish up the last bits of work before heading out to catch the bus or drive home.
