Genpact

Our office is over at B-21 in Sector-20, Noida. Even though Genpact is a huge name, this building is where we spend our days. It’s a large structure that’s seen a lot of people pass through its doors. We have folks working here at all hours because of the different shifts. It’s a busy place, with a lot of energy. Sector-20 is a pretty active part of Noida, and there’s always someone selling tea or snacks nearby. Inside, the office is set up for efficiency. We have rows of workstations and some meeting rooms that are almost always full. It isn't a place for lounging around. We have a lot of data to process and calls to handle. The atmosphere is professional but grounded. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We prefer to keep things functional. You’ll see people in the break room catching a quick meal before heading back to their screens. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the Noida traffic, but we are used to it by now. We aren't here to make big claims. We just show up, do the work that’s required, and keep the operations moving. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve grown accustomed to over the years. We just keep our heads down and get the job done correctly.
