Sector 20 in Noida is where you will find us, specifically in Block F at number 36. This area is pretty built up now, but it still feels like a construction zone some days. Our office isn't one of those glass towers you see in the newer parts of town. It’s a practical space. We have desks, chairs, and a whole lot of papers piled up from various projects. Noida is always growing, and we are right in the middle of that. We handle the technical side of things here, mostly focusing on the engineering and the planning. It’s a lot of back and forth with the site managers. Some days are long, especially when we have to meet deadlines, and the tea guy is the most important person in the building. We don’t go in for fancy talk. If something is broken, we fix it. If a wall needs to go up, we figure out how to put it there. The team is a mix of people who have been with the company forever and a few newer faces. We all just sort of get on with it. There’s a lot of noise from the street, and the power goes out sometimes, but we just keep working. It’s a real place with real problems and we just try to solve them one at a time. No one is wearing a suit here unless they absolutely have to.
