Gammon India Limited

Our Ghaziabad spot is tucked away in Om Nagar, near Mohan Nagar in Shahibabad. Gammon India Limited uses this place as a base for the work we do in this part of the NCR. It’s an industrial sort of area, so it’s always loud and there’s always something moving outside. The office itself is pretty simple and maybe a bit worn down, but it serves its purpose perfectly. We have a lot of people coming through here—drivers, engineers, and laborers checking their schedules. It’s a bit of a dusty location because of all the traffic and construction nearby, but we don't mind it much. It’s part of the landscape. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and see people working at their desks or looking at site maps spread out on the floor. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. The phone is usually ringing with someone asking about a delivery or a shift change. It’s a real working office. There’s no corporate polish here, just a lot of practical talk about concrete, steel, and deadlines. We’ve been in Shahibabad for a bit now and we know the area well. It’s a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the constant noise, but we just get on with it. That’s how we operate here. We don't need it to be pretty to be effective for the job.
