Our place is C/O Sunil Goyal, Ki 139, in Kavi Nagar. That is in Ghaziabad. Fosroc Chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been here for some time now. Kavi Nagar is a well-known area and it is usually pretty busy around here. We work out of this location managing the chemical supply side of things. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure the trucks are on time and the orders are filled correctly. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of samples and folders everywhere. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We don't have fancy carpets or designer furniture. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of industrial talk. We know most of the people who come by to pick up stuff. Ghaziabad can be a bit chaotic with the traffic and the noise, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We focus on the chemicals and making sure we don't make mistakes with the billing. It’s honest work and we stay busy from morning until evening. Sometimes Sunil is around, sometimes he’s out on the road. We just keep the wheels turning. There’s always a pot of tea going and some paperwork that needs filing. We don't do much in the way of promotion. People find us because they need the chemicals we have, and we just give them the facts and the price without wasting any of their time.
