Flexi Tours Pvt Ltd, New Delhi

We’ve been running Flexi Tours Pvt Ltd from our office here at C-588 in Sector-19, Noida for a good while now. It’s just a regular setup in a busy part of the city, and we spend most of our days answering phones and looking at computer screens to figure out travel plans. Honestly, the office isn’t anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of tea getting drunk throughout the afternoon. We started out in New Delhi but this Noida spot is where most of the work happens these days. People walk in sometimes to ask about train tickets or flights, and we just try to get them what they need without too much fuss. There’s always someone typing away or talking to a driver on the mobile phone. It gets pretty loud when the traffic outside picks up, but we’ve gotten used to that noise over the years. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant, just a local team handling trips and tours for regular people. Some days are packed with work and others are a bit slower, which gives us time to catch up on paperwork and filing. The street outside is usually full of parked bikes and small shops, so it feels like a real neighborhood spot. We mostly just focus on getting the details right for whoever calls us up. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us arguing about the best route for a bus or just checking the latest railway schedules. It’s just how we do things here.
