Our place is located at N-55 in Sector-25, over in Jalvayu Vihar in Noida. It's a quiet residential area mostly, so we get a lot of families coming in during the evenings. We've been operating out of this spot for some time now. The kitchen is always busy because Noida folks love a quick bite when they are out. We aren't trying to be a five-star restaurant or anything like that. It’s just food for people who are in a hurry or don't feel like cooking at home. Sometimes the supply truck is late or the power goes out, but that’s just how things go around here. We have a few tables where people can sit down for a bit, but a lot of our business is just people stopping by on their way home. The staff knows most of the regulars by name now, which makes the days go by faster. It’s a decent spot to work. Sector-25 has a lot of trees, so it’s actually a pretty nice location for us to be in. We just focus on getting the burgers and wraps out to the customers. Nothing complicated about it. We keep the place clean and keep the lights on for whoever comes in. If you live in Jalvayu Vihar, you’ve probably walked past our door a dozen times. We are just here doing our job every day and trying to stay busy with the orders that come through.
