Our place is V33 in Sector 12, Noida. It is an older part of the city compared to some of the new sectors they’re building now, but we like it that way. The building at V33 is pretty solid and has been around for a while. Sector 12 has a lot going on, with people living and working all mixed together. We are just one of the many offices tucked into this area. Inside, it is a pretty standard setup for Exl. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual office noise of keyboards and people chatting about their weekends. It is not a polished corporate headquarters, just a place where we get the job done. Noida can be a bit chaotic with the traffic and the construction, but once you’re inside V33, it is just our little world. We focus on our daily tasks and try to stay on top of things. There isn't much to say about the decor because we haven't changed much in years. It works for us, and that is what matters. We see the same faces every day at the local lunch spots nearby, which makes it feel a bit more like a community. It is a practical spot for a business like ours. We just keep our heads down and keep the wheels turning day after day in this little corner of Sector 12.
