Over in Greater Noida, you can find us at Madhav Ray Bahadur D 100 in the Gamma-1st area. This part of Gautam Budh Nagar is growing so fast, and we are right in the middle of it. We are Essar Constructions India Ltd. and our daily routine involves a lot of driving between different sites in UP. The office is our home base where we try to keep the paperwork organized, though it usually ends up in a bit of a muddle. We aren't really corporate types. We are more comfortable out on a site where the actual building is happening. Greater Noida can be a tough place to work sometimes with the traffic and the heat, but we just get on with it. Our office is a simple place with a few computers and a lot of rolled-up drawings. We don’t use big words or try to sound like a massive corporation. We are just a team of people who understand how to get projects off the ground. Most of our days are spent on the phone or talking to contractors. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s a bit of a headache, but we like seeing things actually get built. We have been in this area for a bit and we know the local rules and how things work around here.
