We are located way out in Panchirida, which is in the Sarankul area of Nayagarh district in Orissa. It’s a very different pace of life here compared to the big cities. Our office is right in the village, near the post office. It’s a simple building that serves as our headquarters for this region. The surroundings are quite green, and you can see fields not too far from where we sit. We don't have high-speed elevators or central air conditioning. We mostly rely on ceiling fans and the breeze when it’s not too hot. The team here is small, mostly locals who live nearby. We walk or bike to work most days. It’s a very quiet environment, which is great for getting through our paperwork without any distractions. Sometimes the power goes out for a few hours, especially during the monsoon season, so we just take a break and wait it out. There’s no rush or frantic energy here. We do our work steadily and carefully. We know everyone in the village, and they know us. It’s a very personal way to run a business. We aren't looking to expand into a giant tower. We are happy right here in Nayagarh, doing our part and staying connected to the community. When the sun sets, the whole area gets very dark and we wrap things up quickly. It's a peaceful place to spend our time. It’s an honest way to work, and we appreciate the simplicity of it all.
