Era Construction I Ltd

Down here in Ghaziabad, specifically at 121, Arya Nagar, you will find Era Construction I Ltd. It is not a very big operation, just a handful of us trying to keep everything on track. Ghaziabad is a crowded place and Arya Nagar is no different. We spend a lot of time navigating the narrow streets to get to our various project locations. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few computers and some old blueprints rolled up in the corner. It's mostly just a hub for us to meet before we head out to the sites. We handle all sorts of construction tasks, mostly focusing on getting the foundations right and making sure the walls are solid. It is a lot of physical work and sometimes we go home covered in mud or cement. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just do the work and hope it stands up well over time. Some of the guys have been with us for years and they know the area like the back of their hands. We talk to the local suppliers every day, bargaining for the best prices on sand and steel. It’s a constant juggle but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it.
