Eldeco Housing

Down in Noida, Sector 22 is where you will find us. We operate out of C-93 in the Janta Flats. These flats have been around for a long time and they have a certain look to them. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s not as loud as the main commercial hubs, which is nice. Eldeco Housing is the name on the door. We deal with people looking for homes in the UP area. Noida has grown so much lately, it’s hard to keep up with all the new sectors, but Sector 22 stays pretty much the same. C-93 is just a regular flat where we do our paperwork and meet folks. It’s not fancy. We have a few chairs and a table where we go over the housing details. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they can move or what's available. The Janta Flats have a lot of families living nearby, so there is always noise from kids playing or neighbors talking. It feels like a real neighborhood. We like being part of it. If you are looking for the office, just head into the Janta Flats complex. We are usually there during the day. It’s a practical space for practical work. Nothing flashy about it. We even have an old ceiling fan that makes a bit of noise, but it keeps us cool enough while we work.
